The service provided was great. The staff that was here and in the office very polite. The staff the was here doing the work placed covers on our carpet, had a vacuum running when that were doing the cleaning, and cleaned the area when they were done. They came back the next day and inspected the chimney with a camera. I would definitely recommend this company to my relatives and friends.

Honest and reliable! Lou came out to inspect our chimney, as we just moved into our house and we were hoping to use our fireplace. During his visit, what he discovered was that our chimney required a lot of work in order to make safe for use. Work outside of his scope. He was able to see visible damage right off the bat, so he refused to charge us. Not only did he not charge us, he also recommended what we would need to do in order to safely use the fireplace. Sad we can’t use the fireplace right off the bat, but relieved that Lou was thorough and very helpful!
