Very easy to deal with pleasant and efficient Kim by phone, as well as with Dave and Jerry on our service day. Dave carefully reviewed inspection results and recommendations with me, along with the mortar cap replacement. He provided pictures of all and a detailed report via email, and waited for me to ensure that I received and reviewed that material before he left. It’s too soon to know, of course, the extent of our satisfaction with the mortar cap replacement but, as of now (one day after service), we’re pleased. Thanks all around.
