Lou Curley Chimney Service is an A+ respectable business. I called to have an estimate on a chimney liner. Spoke with Kim to set up an appointment (she was awesome to deal with). The crew came out and gave me the estimate. I immediately called Kim back after the guys left to set up an appointment and told her I have no heat. She said, “You cant go without heat” she put me on hold and returned saying she has the guys coming back out to do the work. I was so surprised and taken back that the guys would be returning.
