Havertown, PA – A Haverford Community
Nestled within Haverford Township in Delaware County is the small community of Havertown. This upbeat, friendly, and family oriented town is full of outdoor activities and incredible architecture. The small town ambiance is the perfect atmosphere for locally owned small businesses to thrive. I provide chimney services to the local area with my own business, Lou Curley’s Chimney Service, and I’m always impressed by the number of mom and pop style stores in Havertown.
Local residential neighborhoods in Havertown range from new and modern to older and restored. Our older neighborhoods are home to some very impressive homes. The old chimneys attached to those homes often come with their own set of built-in problems that take homeowners by surprise. Some of those problems may include chimney blockages, cracked or damaged flue, creosote buildup, cracked or damaged chimney, damaged or missing chimney cap, or damaged chimney flashing. Remember to hire a CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep at least once each year to inspect and clean your chimney.
